Full interior and exterior improvement for this four-story hotel, with 103 guest rooms. Newly remodeled rooms feature private kitchens, blackout drapes. A new, up to date fitness facility, as well as terrace patio with fire pit and barbecue area, and an onsite meeting facility were also added. A total of 163 rooms were updated. 

 

Improvements included demolition, slabs, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire system, drywall, flooring and tile work, painting and wallpaper, furniture, and patio.
