On behalf of the Oregon Translational Research and Development Institute (OTRADI) and the OTRADI Bioscience Incubator (OBI), I would like to recognize the incredible work that JDL General Contracting has done for our organization.

We began work with JDL on a very challenging project - building out over 12,000 square feet of custom office and laboratory space on Portland’s South Waterfront.
